Christmas ELG Gin is produced by Danish ELG Spirits and it is distilled on juniper, coriander and carrots. The green color comes from carrot tops that have been soaked in alcohol. This gives the green color along with a special taste. 
 
The three botanicals are distilled in different ways to achieve a perfect distillate with the best possible scent and taste. Junipers come from Macedonia, where they grow wild and coriander seeds come primarily from Ukraine and Bulgaria. The carrots from Funen are harvested at the end of July and distilled within 24 hours to achieve the fresh carrot flavor.
