1. Price and payment
At LÖVENDAHL webshop you can pay with Paypal and with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express and Discover. All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Here is a guide to the payment: when checking out, you are directed to Paypal to enter your card details, or pay directly from your Paypal account. After entering your details you will be directed back to www.lovendahlcph.com to view the shipping charge and then submitting the payment. The amount is drawn from your account when goods are shipped from lovendahlcph.com. There can never be deducted an amount bigger than what you have approved with your purchase.
2. We need the following information when you return a product to us
When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and you should make sure to get a receipt for shipment. LÖVENDAHL will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
3. What do we do with your personal information (privacy policy)
When you shop at LÖVENDAHL webshop we need the following information:
